No hassle this time. But I have had such awful service/runaround in the past, I have an inherent dislike.Â
Like another person said on here, no local phone number listed. No one has time to call the 800 number and go through all kinds of painful menus just to get simple questions answered. This is a red flag that shows they are not customer centric and lazy/negligent. We’ll take our business elsewhere. Simple.Â
This is a useless location, I waited on the phone for more than 25 minutes and nobody answer the phone. What a waste of time. This location is definitely not recommended.Â
Visited the Fidelity branch in Princeton to open a brokerage account, Emre was very kind, patient and helpful. Very happy with Fidelity!Â
