Very respectable organization
What a Joke of a company!! Needed to fill a form just so they could tell my MOTHER if she is or not a Beneficiary on my Dads acct!! What a Bunch of BS!! Put Your Money Under the mattress!! That way you don't need to ask permission to get it!!
Terrible customer service. Multiple different associates during the last week on the phone telling me different things about transferring my money back. Had me under the influence I’d have it back easily by two nights ago or yesterday latest, but instead I have to call again tomorrow for the fourth time since the transfer was initiated to make sure they transfer my money back. Why are they making me go through so many obstacles and why does it feel like they’re leading me on attempting to keep my money??
