I stopped by to make a withdrawal from my IRA account for the first time. I wanted to make sure that I had the process down before proceeding online or over the phone. As soon as I entered the Landsdowne facility the Fidelity person basically showed me the door saying use the phone or internet to conduct your business. No problem I will not be coming back to this Fidelity location.
