I have been with Fidelity for over 45 years. The online experience is top notch. Great investor tools and lots of "do it yourself" changes can be made. Trading is easy and dashboard views and details about your accounts are second to none. The in person experience has changed dramatically. honestly the worst customer experience, tried to open an account and was told to fill out an application and to come back but that maybe I won’t be able to because something was wrong with my account, ( it was my first time creating an account at fidelity) came back a few days later with the application filled and waited 20 mins and someone came out and just shut me down how they won’t be able to do any business with me and I questioned why and he just said he won’t be able to help and I asked if there’s someone I can speak ... read more
