An attempt to open accounts with this firm to move our investments over from our other institution was a huge disappointment. We opened accounts for myself and our elder son and daughter at the beginning of July 2018. They proceeded to lock the accounts due to perceived fraud. We never got letters as to what was going on and when called, the fraud team told the operator that they just could not reopen these accounts, they'd been closed, but no further explanation. I drove 40 miles to deposit money into my account and they told me they do not take cash only checks I was p***** off and walked out very unhappy .

Great office, friendly knowledgeable staff treated us like partners as soon as we walked in. Offered is bottled water of use of the single serve coffee machine, not a K cup coffee maker but one with cappuccino and more. Bring a sweater or coverup because the air conditioning is set pretty low due to everybody wearing suits or warm business attire.
