I recently met with Chris Eldridge in the office and had an excellent experience. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My family loves Fidelity. The best decision we have ever made was to choose this wonderful financial institution to manage our portfolios. Initially, when I came to this location, I was a bit misinformed by the other two ladies I briefly interacted with, but when I met with Connor, he was such a sweetheart when it came to helping with my banking needs. He's personable and informative.
Westwood Fidelity staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I did not have an appointment but they were able to accommodate my request quickly even though the office was very busy. They made it easy to do business there!
