Westwood Fidelity staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I did not have an appointment but they were able to accommodate my request quickly even though the office was very busy. They made it easy to do business there!
I just stopped by this location and I'm impressed with the efforts of the fidelity team made to assist me.
Professional, courteous and fast.. easy access from 128… plenty of parking, modern space ..
Had some issues with opening different types of accounts but Chris stayed with us the whole time and helped us for almost 4 hours.
