My family loves Fidelity. The best decision we have ever made was to choose this wonderful financial institution to manage our portfolios. Especially our personal financial manager his name is Ryan Mee. What a class act, my family and I feel very blessed having Mr. Mee as our advisor especially in these scary times. My 5-star review is based on my interaction with Connor. Initially, when I came to this location, I was a bit misinformed by the other two ladies I briefly interacted with, but when I met with Connor, he was such a sweetheart when it came to helping with my banking needs. He's personable and informative.
Westwood Fidelity staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! I did not have an appointment but they were able to accommodate my request quickly even though the office was very busy. They made it easy to do business there!
I just stopped by this location and I'm impressed with the efforts of the fidelity team made to assist me.
Professional, courteous and fast.. easy access from 128… plenty of parking, modern space ..
