So my mother in combination with my brother opened an account here and had a large sum of money deposited roughly $25,000. BEWARE!! this location is not to be trusted. They have committed THEFT. They will close your account, take ALL of your funds without any basis claiming that it’s “policy”. Even after your prove your identity, address, and everything else. They will refuse to disperse your funds after closing your account without reason. We will be filing suit immediately.
DO NOT HAVE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY DEPOSITED HERE. My mother had her personal injury settlement check deposited into an account here. When she attempted to withdraw a portion of it, they first asked her to provide itemizations of what she needed the money for (car repairs) After rejecting her withdraw request they asked her to provide further proof of identity and a proof of settlement. After providing these documents, they closed AND confiscated the money due to “regulations”. They refuse to disburse her funds.
