After experiencing terrible customer service via advisors using Fidelity's 800#, I called the Greenwich branch and the person I spoke with was empathetic to my issue and immediately arrange a solution for me. He was working remote but ensured me he'd alert someone at the branch so when I showed up things would go smoothly. This was my primary brokerage for years. They used to have an informative lunch and learn program.This was canceled. My 'advisor simply disappeared from my statements. They never offered a trusted IRA so I moved most of my investments out. I mostly use Fidelity for CDs these days. Decent fixed investment website.
