This was my primary brokerage for years. The used to have an informative lunch and learn program.This was canceled. My 'advisor simply disappeared from my statements. They never offered a trusted IRA so I moved most of my investments out. I mostly use Fidelity for CDs these days. Decent fixed investment website.

Im a long-time Fidelity customer. I walked into he branch, sat down and logged in that Was visiting and needed help. Everyone in there completely ignored. I waited for 20mins and then just gave up. There wasn't any other customer in the lobby. So frustrating! I drove all the way out there and need help with some forms. The staff was walking buy me and just ignored me the whole time.
