We have been Fidelity customers for almost 30 years. It never failed us. It provides great customer service, great investment advice and convenience. Today we walked into the branch just few minutes before 5 PM. Even though they are closing, its employee Aaron greeted us warmly. And, he provided SUPER customer service.
