Pros: Good customer service easy to get someone on the phone. Well established company makes me less fearful to invest large amounts. The app runs well, very few glitches and is simplistic if you are someone that enjoys extreme simplicity. They have physical offices versus some of these online only investment platforms. Cons: Way too conservative of a company. What do i mean by this ? Very disappointed in their decision to have someone who has no respect for people no matter if they are entering their building or not rude employees definitely work here need to do better
Got some very good introductory advice from financial representative Will J. Smith this morning during a walk in. He was very enthusiastic and friendly and answered all of the questions we had and more. Considering we just walked in without an appointment, this kind of customer service and warm welcome makes you want to come back. Thank you Will!
Really nice Fidelity. Ample parking lot. Right near restaurants and other businesses. Nice staff. Hard to get into though. Be careful entering and exiting because it's on a busy street.
Ted Drussel took the time to help me get my account ready for tax time. Everyone could not have been nicer. The wait time was minimal & the parking garage was convenient.
