There was a fidelty van number 53 on 94 road and it almost hit me. They got over merging lanes didn’t even look to see I’m right next to them already. I had to get into the shoulder and blow my horn and they continued to run me off the road so they can make their exit that they were late for . If I wouldn’t have seen them coming and reacting fast like I did they would have smashed me and my family.
YOUR TIME IS NOT RESPECTED. Very disappointed. Was looking to transfer from Wells Fargo to Fidelity. Had a zoom appointment set with Elena Ajluni and she never showed. After multiple attempts to reach her via phone and waiting in the zoom waiting room for 20+ minutes we left and made an appointment with another company.
Pros: Good customer service easy to get someone on the phone. Well established company makes me less fearful to invest large amounts. The app runs well, very few glitches and is simplistic if you are someone that enjoys extreme simplicity. They have physical offices versus some of these online only investment platforms. Cons: Way too conservative of a company. What do i mean by this ?
