Very frustrating experience. Turned in paperwork and clearly expressed concern for them not losing it so a retirement account could be created. Called branch multiple times and no direct line. Customer client services were not able to direct me to the branch. Walked in person and person who had collected my paperwork, Daniel Hernandez, did not recall that he had received it and he wasn’t sure who he gave it to. He had talked with Sharon and Ricardo. My Fidelity representative, Phil, reached out to me because of RMD and other factors. I am so delighted that my husband and I met with him in person. Phil was attentive, thorough, and respectful. My partner came with me not to help me make any financial decisions, but for his entertainment. However, he was impressed with Phil, also. Phil, AJ, and Daniel make a strong "balanced" team at this Fidelity office.

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I have received from the staff at the Monterey Fidelity branch. They have been readily available to help me with a variety of requests and have consistently gone above and beyond to provide expedited service. They are kind, helpful, patient, and welcoming.
