While I've been with Fidelity for many years, this was my first time visiting the SB branch. If you can, request Oscar Murillo! He's incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and explains financial concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He helped me fine-tune my account and made the whole experience terrific.

The worst company for 401k omg!!
In 2021 Fidelity issued a tax form indicating I had taken a disbursement when in fact it was a rollover leaving me liable for a tax bill. The Santa Barbara office who was so eager to have me move my accounts there would not get involved. They kept referring me to the "back office people" who said the could not make a correction. The financial consultant managing my account was no help. I moved my money out of fidelity right away after this. I would recommend staying away from Fidelity and, in particular, this office.
Have been using Fidelity investment services for a short time. Everything they have helped me with turned out great
