Poor customer service. They do not follow through on anything and there is no accountability. Highly advise looking elsewhere.

I asked Fidelity to confirm that no international investments would be required in managed trust counts. They followed up and confirmed that none would be required. I spent a couple of weeks sending them detailed information on our investments, wills, and trusts. When the twice canceled meeting with the trust advisor finally took place, she said that managed accounts had to have international investments.
