Cookie cutter fee based investment advice and planning. Nothing special and not effective short or long term. Pay lots of fees to make very little money over time.
I am so disappointed with them. I takes 16 days to clear a simple transfee to your account. Non sense. Avoid them at all cost if you want to buy options
Extremely disappointing customer service. Fidelity corporate said I’d need to go to this branch to open an account that could not be opened online. Thought I’d sit down with a rep who would get it taken care of but no, was told to use iPads or fill out paperwork. Reps were behind secured, glassed enclosure and came out periodically to check on progress. Archaic.
