Third time in trying to get my wife and my accounts merged. They are truly understaffed and ill equipped to handle something as simple as that. There is back and forth with constant excuses & no answers. We enjoy Fidelity however this is frustrating. No one there could answer the simplest questions, you will get the run around.Â
