I never contacted anyone at Fidelity in Geneva, but somehow, Gerald Rienton got my phone number and email address (probably from my Fidelity self managed online account), but I never asked for any calls or service for local financial planning. Gerald called several times over several days leaving urgent sounding messages for me to call him back. He also emailed. This type of persistence for something that wasn't requested makes it clear that if I do need financial planning, I will not be calling this office.
Matthew is the best financial advisor I've ever met. He has a kind smile and gentle demeanor. Very much appreciated.
Why do you even list a phone number? I have called 3 times and waited on hold for 45 min each time with no answer. I know they want us to use the website but then just dont list a phone!
