I had my money in an employer 401K with them and when I no longer worked for that employer, I was forced to move my money into an IRA, and when I was doing it, the online portal of their website gave me the option to just move my money into a portfolio with companies/funds that "match as closely as possible to the former employer 401K", which I chose since my 401K was making around 12%. I had a very reputable Financial investor look at my investments with this office and he showed me Fidelity is making more money off my investments than I am. Rafael Kronemberg repeatedly did what he wanted to do with my money after hours of discussions about what I wanted to do with it. I was told “I would have my own mother invest in these”. Do yourself a favor and don't ever let your money get into one of these accounts. Accessing it and rolling it over is impossible - they clearly make it intentionally difficult.
