The online representatives are horrible. I have been dealing with them to handle my aunt's affairs for years. Every time I call they treat me like I am a random person not the POA on her account. If you love your family that has to take care of you while you are here or gone sell and put the funds somewhere else because they will NOT be helpful for your loved ones!!!!
The client service is horrible at this location. The team lacks training and there is absolutely no accountability when they make errors. Avoid Fidelity and find a competent brokerage firm.
I don’t recommend going to this bank. The lady discriminated against me. Very disappointed with her service.
This company is awful. Go someplace else. They like to hold onto your money longer than you want them to when you ask them to give you your money back. Not a trait you want in your investment institution.
Came here to deal with dad’s estate. Worked with Taylor and John. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. Actually everyone here was very kind. All my interactions have been positive with fidelity locations.
