Don’t invest with this group. If something happens to you, all your investments will be locked in limbo preventing your family from closing your estate. I’d assume the same would happen, if you yourself attempted to get a return on your investments.
Never used them but I saw their ad and it was terrible like it made me not wanna use you. So I had to give you one star for terrible advertisement
The online representatives are horrible. I have been dealing with them to handle my aunt's affairs for years. Every time I call they treat me like I am a random person not the POA on her account. If you love your family that has to take care of you while you are here or gone sell and put the funds somewhere else because they will NOT be helpful for your loved ones!!!!
The client service is horrible at this location. The team lacks training and there is absolutely no accountability when they make errors. Avoid Fidelity and find a competent brokerage firm.
