Filed 'Durable Power(s) of Attorney', for myself and my wife. They were quick, professional, and relaxed. Good place, good people.
I've read bad reviews of this particular Fidelity office but my experience was positive. My wife and I were treated with patience and respect.
Went in to do something fairly quick. It was busy and was asked to wait for someone to help. Waited 45+ minutes until I finally noticed people who came in after I did were being helped. Turns out they never properly entered me in the queue. My issue was resolved fairly quickly after I finally got someone to help, but the person whose job it is to manage the queue should be more observant and proactive.
You might as well not have an account with Fidelity Investments, if you can only use their services for depositing money/transferring money in. If you need a Medallion Signature Guarantee to transfer funds out, you are out of luck; even with an account in good standing for over 10-yrs.
