I've been with Fidelity over 10y with 290k in IRA 11k in checking but I can only deposit 1k in a check thats my limit FOR A DEPOSIT - now it takes ten days to clear clear a check goodbye hello Schwab. Fidelity sucks
My experiences have always been good. A client for forty years now. On the downside: they recently "improved" their website. Monitoring investments is still easy, but the research tool has become unnecessarily complex.
Kudos to Isaiah and Brooke. I made 2 visits (V) to CLT Office to Xfer stock share certificates into our joint acct. Isaiah provided exceptional customer service on V1, setting an expectation and standard that Brooke replicated on V2. Brooke notified Isaiah on V2 and he made it a point to welcome me again. We're in good hands! Bravo!

I opened up investment account A year later I was blocked I am disabled so I don’t have a transportation to get back-and-forth to the branch so I called customer service for them to open up my account then they tell me there’s nothing they can do 🧍♀️
