I opened up investment account A year later I was blocked I am disabled so I don’t have a transportation to get back-and-forth to the branch so I called customer service for them to open up my account then they tell me there’s nothing they can do 🧍♀️

Terrible service. They made me sit on stairs whole sending others to their temporary lobby upstairs. They were unable to give me a simple Verification of Deposit form every othe bank could do with no problem. No advice, very little help.
