I went by the Fidelity office today with an urgent matter. I needed some documents that were not available online. Evan at the front desk greeted me warmly and listened to patiently to my situation. Within 10 minutes, I had documents in hand and with Evan’s help, I am now able to close on my new home. Without his outstanding customer service, that would not have been possible.
