This is a politically bias company. The ownership is liberal, and their news feeds are slanted to the left. I do have investments with Fidelity, but if their news feeds continue, I will move my portfolio to a more politically neutral company.
June.13.2024: waited 25+ minutes to get horrible service from the branch no help with any questions I had, awful service, poor experience at best, not knowledgeable/helpful people from my experience, very sad. All branches forward you to regional call centers, and when you do get a hold of someone its a "what do you want type of attitude"", complete turn off, I will not be seeking employment with this company or services any longer.
If you want to invest with a company that's going to "misplace" your funds and then give you corporate generic replies when trying to rectify the situation this is the investment firm for you.
I can't tell you how many times I have called during this pandemic and they were closed. Finally, opened and I was so excited. The guy i spoke with said he would have someone call me back 10 minutes. That was a week ago.
