I have put several buy stock orders in on 3 different investment apps and the other 2 always buy flawlessly and Fidelity doesn't.
This place is not helpful at all. Complete waste of time. Highly recommend you go somewhere people actually want to work and help you.
I’ve had an account with Fidelity for years. I just walked in and asked for a notary to notarize a standard document for me, I work next-door, and they refused. It’s pretty ridiculous and shitty customer service for someone who has been a client for a long time. The people were pretty rude too.
Horrible and they blocked me out of my accounts for no reason and I have to call in
Very unprofessional company! The customer service is literally non existent. When I called for a simple issue I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and no one even checked in. I’ve called numerous times trying to resolve a login issue with no assistance at all.
