My experience with Fidelity customer support and attempting to trade with them has been quite terrible. They demand high buying power for the smallest options trades and I cannot trade at all with how complicated to use their stop loss feature is in the website. They consistently freeze funds from external sources for 10 days and the same with the charitable donations of stock bought on their platform.
