The young men aspiring to be on the floor of the stock exchange but are instead working their way up by taking customer service jobs at the investment firm seem rather dull or at least trained poorly. They leave out digits of the bank account numbers, write typos in names, and when speaking with them on the phone asking for specific guidance and policies, they will say the wrong thing/wont know the policies.
