A very organized company with good advisor systems. The branch experience was excellent with specialists help brought in by our local advisor using their computer system.
I just want to say that the young man who helped us today was nice. My experience wasn’t what I imagined it to be. First thing MAKE AN APPT, my husband and I walked in with intentions of opening a few different accounts to build my daughter’s future. And all of our business was done out in the open at the front desk right then and there I felt we weren’t being taking seriously. No one will ever answer your call. 92 minutes on hold on a Tuesday morning. I decided to try my luck with Schwab just a few blocks away and they answered immediately and were able to help with my question. I'd recommend trying there for your financial needs, this place is ghetto.
Abdul was really, really smart and so was Sarah. Together they helped me fix a problem that numerous Fidelity phone reps were stumped by. This is a grade of intelligence, patience and professionalism that's hard to find in NYC these days. Thank you Abdul and Sarah!
It’s comical here . You ask the representative a question. They go back and ask someone else bc they don’t know . Then I can hear the 2 people in the back debating what to do when they don’t know . “ I think it doesn’t matter “ one person guesses to the other . They come back to me and give me a seemingly definitive answer . All facade in there answer and no knowledge . Awkward and arrogant representative.
