This review is for Taylor Jordan. I sat down with him and went over my financials, but every time I asked him a question he would respond with "yes daddy" (my name is not daddy) He seemed to know his stuff though, so +1 star. Will probably go with another financial advisor.
Very helpfull always able to login.Try using the correct password. Always very short wait time on phone with voice recognition.
This isn't about this particular branch, just Fidelity in general. I was looking for a new company to consolidate my accounts (ROTH IRA, IRA and Brokerage). However, in my job, I don't have access to a phone ( I know weird, but it's true) but I do have access to a computer. I do a lot of my trading from work when I have breaks or I trigger alerts when the market is open. So I asked before I opened an account because of the code/verification process.
