Great employees, they where very helpful in answering all of our questions.
Fidelity is the MOST unethical brokerage I've ever done business with. They were authorizing trades without my knowledge or authorization on my 86 year old mother's account and selling at a loss so they could make high commissions on poor investments. In effect, they wiped out $100k in 2 years. They dwindled it while I was taking care of her because she had Alzheimer's. They also took money out of my own account on 2 separate occasions and deposited into someone else's account claiming it was due to account numbers being so ... read more
