Long waits on the phone to speak to an associate. Waited for a call back for two days that never came. Ask for help for an investment and kept getting referred to their website. All and all a frustrating experience with no help from the fidelity team.
Brian at the Fidelity Lynnwood branch was incredibly patient and helpful while assisting me with opening a UTMA account for my child.
