Worked with Cherri zhou at Lynnwood branch. She told me to transfer my investment from another broker to them so I could get some incentive. Then I got the incentive and moved my investment to another broker since I changed my job. I emailed her that I would do the transfer and before the transfer finished she even called me. When the transfer finished she called me today to tell me I didn’t meet the incentive requirement so the money was taken back. She totally could have told me to stop the transfer.
