Anthony was super helpful and mad chill
Worked with Cherri zhou at Lynnwood branch. She told me to transfer my investment from another broker to them so I could get some incentive. Then I got the incentive and moved my investment to another broker since I changed my job. I emailed her that I would do the transfer and before the transfer finished she even called me. When the transfer finished she called me today to tell me I didn’t meet the incentive requirement so the money was taken back. She totally could have told me to stop the transfer. Can’t access my own account. Have been calling customer service for days. Everyone gives me someone else’s number to call. Eventually I got sent in a circle. Can’t get help on weekends, this has been a truly truly awful experience
