This company sent my mother & I a letter in the mail in regards to my deceased father claiming that there are benefits in his name. Claim that they are going to be doing an audit. Then proceeded to turn around and sent a letter claiming that there were no benefits for my father with the incorrect spelling of his name. How can their not be benefits when my father gave 30 years to his employer?! Way to waste my time, pry into our business, and bring up sad memories.
