Call times are really horrible today. And there is no online chat; only online answers to questions i don't have.....
Never get to talk to a person on hold for a very long time their virtual is frustrating and does not answer what you ask
Careless with your money. They returned a $150,000 check by mistake. They assured me if I dropped it off at another branch (40 miles away) the funds would be deposited. I made the 80 mile round trip only to have the other branch let the check sit on a desk for several days. Because of their error, account was never funded. When Fidelity finally returned the check, I found out that they had endorsed it to a nonexistent account and I had to have it replaced and that required additional fees.
I wish there was a way to get zero stars. I had a previous job w a small 401k plan. I called Fidelity, my new cubical service with my new employer. and asked for instructions to roll it into my new 401k. I then followed the instructions, specifically to request a check and a "letter of confirmation". I called my former financial service, got both, signed, and mailed to Fidelity.
