I'm beyond satisfied with the expert guidance I've received from Meghan Schlegel, Fidelity Financial Consultant in the Boise office. I highly recommend her! I meet with Meghan annually for review of my long-standing Fidelity account and she always ultra prepared and asks all the right questions to catch up on any new changes. Fidelity will not allow you to buy some stocks such as newly opened IPOs that they arbitrarily deem 'risky' without calling in to puelrchae. Its absolutely ridiculous that I can't spend my own money and buy directly on thier trading platform without some kind of permission or approval first via a phone call to customer service. Have made an appointment with someone at this specific location multiple times based on recommendation from my Fidelity Work Representative but each time about 15-30 mins before the appointment the person cancels. This is the 3rd year in a row this has happened and after reading the reviews on this office, I'm no longer surprised.
Worked with Cole,3rd time's the charm, he's a good dude. Waiting to see if fidelity works out, haven't been super impressed with their online side yet, but this physical location has good people.
So this is for the online fidelity investments, as you go through Google for certain searches such as banks that do immediate release of funds when you do online check deposits, I really like this feature for depositing checks through my mobile phone, so I figured I would get them a try, and see if they are true to their word or advertising, I looked through their site and it looks legit, I go ahead and deposit a check, and yes I read the fine print, and everything is going good until you get to the submit page and just as I... read more
