Great place and helpful advisors! Scheduling an appointment was very easy. The advisor I met with was very knowledgeable and helpful, but also not pushy in any way. Their app is very useful as well, and allows me to get insights at anytime and transfer in and out with no hassle whatsoever.Â
We went in to make a deposit and upon entering, were not acknowledged nor properly greeted. When one of the men decided to look up and ask how could he help us, he passed us on to another broker. We were seated in the first office and witnessed each customer given a friendly welcome and offered refreshments upon arrival. Of course, those who received such reception were not of our complexion. I’ve been to this branch a few times, and I don’t think the receptionist, in particular, knows how to greet or be polite to clients. I was there to deposit a check into my account. For this process, they make you stand at the front desk while they take your check, go into a room to deposit it, and then return with a receipt. During this time, I asked a couple of questions, but the person wasn’t very friendly or helpful with their responses.
