I’ve been to this branch a few times, and I don’t think the receptionist, in particular, knows how to greet or be polite to clients. I was there to deposit a check into my account. For this process, they make you stand at the front desk while they take your check, go into a room to deposit it, and then return with a receipt. During this time, I asked a couple of questions, but the person wasn’t very friendly or helpful with their responses. We went in to make a deposit and upon entering we were not acknowledged nor properly greeted. When one of the men decided to look up and ask how can he help us, he passed us on to another broker. We were seated in the first office and witnessed each customer given a friendly welcome and offered refreshments upon arrival. Of course, those who received such reception were not of our complexion. Fidelity sucks! They will block and lock you out of your own account and request a litany of documents for “verification “ taking months and hours of phone calls and still not have the money. I don’t see how they get away with this hold up. It’s criminal at this point.
