Their incompetence cost me over $2000, and they refused to take responsibility. Thankfully, Fidelity's competitors offer cash bonuses for moving your money to new investment accounts. Search for "brokerage account bonus". I moved mine to JP Morgan, Schwab, and Tastytrade and netted far more than the $2000 loss Fidelity caused. Pankit Patel was my financial advisor. I recently had a frustrating experience with the front desk service that left me feeling unsupported. My initial online application failed. Instead of offering any real assistance or troubleshooting, the front desk representative simply instructed me to repeat the exact same online process that had already failed. This branch clearly has customer service problem. The front staff can not perform some basic services such as opening an account. They kept walk back and forth to consult the "manager" who never appeared to address issue him/herself. Would not go there if you have service related issues.
