It's always a pleasure working with Bryan D. I appreciate the guidance on fixing my retirement accounts after I unknowingly contributed to my Roth IRA while over the income limit for multiple years before realizing. We realized my situation was uncommon and did reach out to other domain specific experts within Fidelity, but all comms were fast and effective. Highly recommend visiting this office for in-person help!
On the contrary to other reviews, I had a very positive experience today. Had an appointment at 9.30am, I was there sharp at 9am. After the front desk person checked me in, I was greeted by the specialist at 9.10. Everything was done within half an hour. Very clean office, with a coffee machine. Got the job done.
Their incompetence cost me over $2000, and they refused to take responsibility. Thankfully, Fidelity's competitors offer cash bonuses for moving your money to new investment accounts. Search for "brokerage account bonus". I moved mine to JP Morgan, Schwab, and Tastytrade and netted far more than the $2000 loss Fidelity caused. Pankit Patel was my financial advisor.
