If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I have dealt with weeks of the worst customer service I’ve ever had and finally just had to switch banks. It took me weeks to get a debit card when mine was compromised. They had to send 3 cards before I actually received one. They were basically holding my money captive, as I couldn’t even access it.
