Spoke to Evelyn twice. And both times she was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and very kind. You don't see good agents like that often anymore so it was worth putting the review for others to view as to how my experience went. I appreciate all her work especially bc I was having issues with some money orders that were sent from a different state. Thank you
I tried pulling up the website on my computer. I typed in the information at the bottom of the money order receipt but didn't get the correct website. Ashley O'Neal was very kind and helpful. First she tried to text the website to me but it didn't go through. Then she asked for my email address and in a matter of minutes I had the form to request a refund. I appreciate Ashley for being patient with me. She is a good customer service representative.
The money order was delivered today to where it was supposed to go. I no longer need to cancel . Thank You for your service.
