DO NOT USE THUS BANK!!!!!! I recently noticed on my statement that Fidelity Bank has been paying a fraudulent charge to my account for the past year to the tune of $1200. The electronic withdrawls were not even to my name on the account!!!! When brought to their attention they investigated and sent me a letter (today 7/26/25} and stated that their policy is that I can only put in claims up to the past 60 days and (their words) "and between you and us the loss will be entirely yours".
