Adam P with Fidelity was amazing, came out as soon as he could and fixed some issues that were lowering my speeds significantly and fixed some things that went awry during initial install. 10/10 highly recommend this service.
Adam Pitts was punctual polite and knew what needed to be done and took care of it quickly. I give him five stars for excellence. Very pleased!
The experience was great! Adam pitts came over and had to redo all our wiring and provided a new router! He was very respectful! Fast! And was on time! THINGS ARE LOOKING UP . Just had my internet installed and the service so far has been great . I had Fidelity internet a few years ago and had nothing but problems. The second installer asked me what my problems were with the previous installation back in 2022 and he was much more better at checking things in the installation that the first installer didn't catch. Fidelity Communications internet use to be amazing when we first had it installed. We have the highest speed. Ever since they sent an email saying they were upgrading it has sucked!! My devices will not connect and the signal is so weak at times that my devices will not even bring up my internet connection. Desperately looking for a replacement as their customer services acts like I’m stupid.
