Paid a late medical charge. Rep was very disrespectful with a terrible attitude, talked down to me and got upset for her own confusion on facts and circumstances of the charge. Would give a negative star if possible. Would never deal with them again neither the clinic that sent our bill for collection.

Called and spoke with Rebecca, an aggressive low level employee, telling her I was in the process of filing a small claims suit against the medical provider that had hired them to collect a disputed debt. In return she got very upset that I had mentioned Fidelity Capital Holdings Inc in the small claims suit...which is required because the debt was sent to their office. The claim wasn't against them. Date of offense August 24 2022.
