Horrible experience with this bank; they were unable to complete a simple ACH transfer correctly. Multiple teller errors over several visits. Duplicated a transaction after being specifically and repeatedly told not to. Completely unapologetic for their mistakes. I hope I never have to step foot in this branch again.
