Another horrible experience with this bank, I used to bank here and there's a reason I left. My tax prepper had this banks account on file, I changed banks last year and she mistakenly sent my return to this bank. I spoke to an employee here and she tells me on a friday I can come in monday and get a cashier's check for that money that is pending to that original closed account. Horrible experience with this bank; they were unable to complete a simple ACH transfer correctly. Multiple teller errors over several visits. Duplicated a transaction after being specifically and repeatedly told not to. Completely unapologetic for their mistakes. I hope I never have to step foot in this branch again.
