I have banked with Fidelity for over 11 years (long before they changed their name from State). The staff I have come into contact with at the 4 physical branches and all the folks that man the chat in the mobile app are all extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Fidelity Bank and trust has been our bank for the past 8 years. When we started with them they were State Bank and we have stayed with them through the change. From the loan officers to the bank tellers they're all super nice and always ready to help you!
