The staff doesn't know what they're doing. They told me to bring pay stubs to make an account there. Lexie Weydert blamed they are just new and don't know, Even if they're very new. Just shows how the management is teaching them. They should know if someone calls about a checking account know what to say to someone they are a bank. At first Lexi was very kind it seemed very helpful in the beginning. I have banked with Fidelity for over 11 years (long before they changed their name from State). The staff I have come into contact with at the 4 physical branches and all the folks that man the chat in the mobile app are all extremely kind, professional, and helpful. I have reccomended this bank twice in the last couple of months. Thank you for your courteous service!
