This is a great small town community bank. My only issue is cashing personal checks policy. This bank is freindly, helpful and does so much for the community. Love this bank
I wish that there was no star options. VERY RUDE. Just call to get information regarding my mortgage. I had my acct number to look. I know that there are 25,000 different banks with the same name. The only thing that I needed to hear was if I did have an acct there or not and if I did if I could get a print out. Instead what I heard was; WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THAT NUMBER IN THIS BANK, DON'T CALL HERE AGAIN, CLICK (hung up). This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.
