The experience I had during the entire process was superb. I couldn't ask for a better representative. Tiffany Z made herself always available to answer any questions we had, after hours and or weekends. My only issue was with the final paperwork when Tiffany didn't receive the documents to review prior to it being sent to the buyer... Me. That was quickly rectified and we were back on track.

The loan team is great, but once the loan is on the books it is a bit of a nightmare. I pay into an escrow account with each monthly payment with the assumption that they will be paying my property taxes but they have never done that on time. I receive a delinquent tax notice every time and then have to email them to remind them to pay. This past time, after I sent the email they did not pay the delinquent taxes and I received a 2nd notice that it was going to collections.
