I've worked with Lucas Shivvers at Fidelity Bank on several construction loans, and he's wonderful to work with! He responds quickly and keeps me in the loop. I’ve recommended him to other builders and will continue to in the future.
I had a mortgage here bank in 2016, and it went great. Reached out twice since then to obtain another and Andy was awful to work with. NEVER again! Went to our local bank and had no issues with them working with us.
