Really love this bank. They have notarized stuff for me in the past even though I was not a customer at that time. I vowed if I needed any new accounts that we would use them. In turn, when we had to open an account for my daughter's soccer team, we used Fidelity. They have always been nice and gracious. A couple days ago they gave our dog some treats, and today were very nice about assisting us with more documents that needed to be notarized. Thank you!
We love having local bankers who know us by name! My family has been banking with these folks for 25 years and they feel like family themselves. I'm especially fond of the Winter Woodland themed decorations for the holiday season!
They have been pretty rude to me every time I call them with an issue. I don’t feel comfortable banking with people like that. There was one employee that was really nice though, but most of my experiences with this bank have been negative. Edit- they will say your money came through, then the very next day say it didn’t, then charge you overdraft fees! Cindy was superb with setting me up with the two accounts and explaining all the features going forward. She made me right at home and introduced me to the rest of the staff who were so friendly. Cindy showed me all the excellent art works in each office and explained where pictures were taken. I will definitely give Cindy C. a triple A +.
