Katie Walker is super knowledgeable and always available to help or answer any questions. Tony C was very helpful with helping us through a home loan/purchase. Teresa was amazing in helping us establish accounts for our kiddos. The girls at the front desk are always extremely friendly, sociable, and efficient. Really love this bank. They have notarized stuff for me in the past even though I was not a customer at that time. I vowed if I needed any new accounts that we would use them. In turn, when we had to open an account for my daughter's soccer team, we used Fidelity. They have always been nice and gracious. A couple days ago they gave our dog some treats, and today were very nice about assisting us with more documents that needed to be notarized. Thank you!
We love having local bankers who know us by name! My family has been banking with these folks for 25 years and they feel like family themselves. I'm especially fond of the Winter Woodland themed decorations for the holiday season!
