Had someone working at drive through tell me she didn’t know how to help me with a VERY basic banking question regarding my account. Can’t wait until I no longer have to work with this bank / especially this location any longer. Horrible that the bankers have no clue how to help you with the most basic questions or requests and EVERYTHING must be done in person.
