Excellent customer service, meets expectations
I have banked with Fidelity for several years and have always had a great experience with the Henderson branch. The staff is always friendly and knows everyone by name. If I ever have any problems I know they will take care of me.
I've done business with Fidelity Bank over the years involving various types of loans. I have found them to be both professional and helpful when I had needs. Communication is easy and their requirements are reasonable.
The service is exceptional, always willing to assist me with my transactions. The staff is very courteous. Whenever the branch manager comes through, she always calls me by name and asks if everything is going ok and if I need anything. Thanks Henderson Fidelity for hassle free banking.
