Totally Rude...I wish I coud give them a zero star rating! – This is the worst bank ever! They are the rudest people that I have ever encountered as it pertains to customer service.

Best small bank in Atlanta – They don't have a lot of branches,but they are in business.I have been with them since 1995 and I have been thankful they were not taken over by a big bank with all those greedy ,money grubbing,thieving and unfriendly large bank problems.I have been out of town a lot and was helped with mail in deposits ,pin problems solved ,money transfered,wired and without the large and numerous repetitive fees like the big banks.They have always taken that extra step even before asked to do things.They are to... read more

Worst bank Ever – They have terrible customer service, get behind on a loan and call to catch up , they tell you to make the payment, you do; then they repo it. And there is nothing you can do about it...they are a bunch of liars. Go F yourself Fidelity Bank.

Best Bank – Fidelity is the best bank I've ever used. They are a small bank but can do everything a big bank does. They remember your name. They give you a cookie when you come in. The ATMs are more plentiful than I expected.
