I have been banking with Fidelity Bank for 20 years and I love all these sweet ladies. You won't find kinder and more helpful people. They make banking here a pleasure! Keep up the wonderful work ladies!
I went in to this bank 1-14-21 Between 12:00 and 1:00. I went in to cash a check that my dad gave me. Handed the check and my I.D. The lady that was helping me acted as if she was struggling to put something in and called another lady over. The lady that was helping me said she had to call my dad to confirm that he did write a check and for how much. It was only $1000. The lady says if it’s over a certain amount we have to call. I have only been to this location 3 times , so far. I was a customer at the creedmoor branch that recently closed. I have had great customer service each time! Friendly staff and very helpful. I had several transactions last visit and it was a teller from creedmoor who helped me, she was very patient and got everything taken care of for me!
Fidelity is simply the best bank I’ve ever done business with hands down . We know everyone in the branch and they go out of the way to help us anytime we ask . Big banks could learn something about customer service from them . That being said it all starts with the tellers who go above and beyond being kind and actually caring about your issues.
As a business owner customer service and professionalism means a lot to us. If we don’t receive it, we will not do business with anyone who isn’t giving it. We are blown away by the amazing customer service and time spent with us making sure that we have the best account to fit our needs! I highly recommend.
