My company has been doing business with Fidelity Bank over 20 years. Sandra, Margaret, Ashley, Dee and Cindy are the best. When I ask a question they don't brush you off like some other banks, where you are just a number. They genuinely care about you. Fidelity Banks by far are friendlier, helpful, professional and caring for customers more than any bank my wife and I have ever used in fifty years of banking. We both are so impressed with them every time we go or drive through. We would never change banks due to the service we get.
