Mebane branch is top notch. They do what they say and say what they do. Customer service is well beyond what you'll see with the mega banks.
We have banked with Fidelity in Mebane for about 15 years and have never been disappointed with their kind and friendly customer service. Ms. Eno and her team are top notch professionals and incredibly responsive to all our business needs. It is the kind of place that makes living and working in a small town worth it. I wish I could give them six stars.
I’m flummoxed by the way this bank operates. They love to put an extended hold on any check larger than $10,000. That way, they can earn interest/invest my money while I wait 10 business days to see the entirety of funds in my account.
Heather, the Bank Manager, goes above and beyond for all of her customers. She does extremely well with managing accounts for families with multiple generations who all wish to bank with Fidelity. Heather puts a personalized touch with every customer to ensure their banking needs are being met and each account capitalizes on the specific goals the customer has. I'm so glad we moved our business account to Fidelity. The staff is so friendly, the fees are so much less, and it's so convenient! But the most impressive part is that Heather Eno landed our PPP loan ONE WEEK after application! Thank you Heather and Fidelity Bank!
