Fidelity Bank 🏦 has the best customer service. Eduardo Rodriguez & the staff at the Apex branch bent over backwards to get me my money & quickly. Eduardo stayed at the bank until 9 pm on Friday night entering loans into the system. Then came back in on Saturday, plus worked into the evenings the rest of the next week. How do I know? He gave me his personal cell phone so I could call him to get answers. This was all started on the first day banks started accepting applications for small businesses.
