We've been banking with this location for several years! The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. As long as we're in this area, this will be our bank!
We have been banking with Fidelity Bank for over 10 years, for both our personal and business accounts. Everyone at Fidelity Bank has always been extremely friendly while also being professional. James, along with everyone at the Garner branch has helped us in so many ways. Our many thanks to Debbie for always picking up the phone or answering an email. We would never be able to get the "personal banker" feel anywhere else.
Professional service with personal attention. Before my experience with the folks at Fidelity and more specifically the Garner branch, I had all but given up on the idea of a community bank. Josh, James, Luke, Debbie, Addie, Kimberly, Brandon all have taken the time to get to know me and gone beyond my expectations to provide a level of service that only comes from people who genuinely care. Put this team on your team and your only regret will be that you didn’t do it sooner!
